These Terms of Service govern your use of the IRLESS website and the booking and attendance of any virtual reality or console gaming session at our venue. By booking a session or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

  • Submitting the booking form is a request for a session; a booking is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it.
  • Please provide accurate details so we can hold the right slot and prepare your session.
  • We aim to honour every confirmed booking but may need to reschedule due to equipment, staffing or circumstances beyond our control.

Arrival and conduct

  • Please arrive a few minutes early so we can complete the brief and calibration within your session time.
  • Session times are fixed; late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
  • Treat equipment, staff and other players with care and respect. We may end a session without refund for behaviour that is unsafe or disruptive.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on this site are per person unless noted and may change over time. The price that applies is the one confirmed at the time of your booking.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else. Any cancellation or rescheduling arrangements will be confirmed with your booking.

VR safety and health note

Virtual reality and active gameplay involve physical movement and immersive visuals. Please read and follow this general guidance:

  • Some players may experience motion discomfort, dizziness, eye strain or disorientation. Stop and tell staff if you feel unwell at any point.
  • Free-roam play involves walking, ducking and reaching; follow the brief and stay within the marked play area to avoid collisions or trips.
  • If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, a history of seizures, balance or vision issues, or another relevant medical condition, consult a medical professional before playing.
  • VR is not recommended for very young children; age guidance is provided for each experience. Take regular breaks and stay hydrated.
  • You take part in sessions at your own discretion and are responsible for following staff instructions and safety guidance.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRLESS is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the site or attendance at a session, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this site are protected and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page.
